The Slate Pinseal Tile Vent provides a discreet and reliable solution for roof space ventilation on slate roofs. Designed to integrate seamlessly with slate tiles, it maintains a clean, low-profile appearance while delivering consistent airflow.

Manufactured from lightweight, durable materials and finished with UV-stable acrylic paint in a range of standard colours, the vent is easy to handle and resistant to long-term weathering. The smooth, rounded design has no sharp edges, helping to reduce the risk of blockages. Options include low-line profiles, 10k and 20k cowl versions, with either grill or mesh protection depending on airflow and debris requirements.

The Slate Pinseal Tile Vent can be supplied with a 110 mm or 160 mm adaptor, fitted or unfitted as required, allowing straightforward connection to common ventilation and extraction systems. A 4 mm fly screen is recommended for additional protection. Available in 500 × 250 mm, 500 × 300 mm, and 600 × 300 mm sizes, it is suitable for both new-build and refurbishment projects where effective roof ventilation is required without compromising the appearance of slate roofing.
