Shipping & returns

Terms and Conditions

All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT of 20% will be added to the final value of your order 

Delivery/ Shipping

Due to the nature of our products, we use an external carrier company to deliver our products. Subject to access at the property, this will be a kerbside delivery and all goods will arrive on either pallets or smaller items packaged individually. Once the products are off loaded it is the responsibility of the customer to unpack the products and place in position. With larger items, it is recommended two people lift them together where required.

Please ensure we have the correct delivery address, contact telephone number and are aware of any access restrictions/timings ahead of delivering your items.

Once your goods have been dispatched by Plastic Furniture Company they should arrive within 48hours. All deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt.

Once delivered, the Goods ordered will become your property and (with exception of damaged /faulty goods) we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction once received.

Dates and times for delivery are estimates only. Plastic Furniture Company aims to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, however, we do not accept liability for goods delivered on an unspecified day. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not levy any additional delivery charges for this unless you are otherwise advised during your order.

We do not accept any liability for shortage of goods delivered, or damage to deliveries unless we are notified in writing, (sales@plasticfurniturecompany.co.uk) within four working days of the goods being delivered. Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, then please check prior to acceptance.

Cancellations and returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all goods manufactured by Plastic Furniture Company are made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns of non-damaged items. We advise customers take note of our product specifications in both our online brochure and on our website before placing an order. On occasion, and at our discretion we may offer to take back any goods sold directly by us providing the goods are complete and unopened. Any goods returned will be inspected, and refunds will not be issued if goods are not deemed to be in this condition. Goods returned in this matter will be subject to a return delivery charge and 20% administration fee.

Should a customer deem a product to be faulty or defective, Plastic Furniture Company must be notified in writing within four working days of receiving the product alongside photographic evidence to sales@plasticfurniturecompany.co.uk. Most of our goods carry 12 month manufacturers warranty. The warranty does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the customer, their employees or agents, or g not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Our policy on cancellations and returns does not affect your statutory legal rights.
